Returns

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

Refunds / Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be processed as store credit / bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

  • You may also request an exchange for another size or product (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In case of a wrong or faulty item, we will cover the shipping cost.
